Some programs require a login credential to print. If you try and print and it asks for a password here is what you can do.

First you may need to select "Show Details" in the printing window.


Next select the options menu and select "User Authentication."


Finally, check the box at the top that says "User Authentication" and for "Login User Name:" select "Mac Login Name."
