When setting my up voicemail, what is the difference between the unavailable and busy messages?

The unavailable message is what the caller gets when you do not pick up the phone. The busy message is what the caller gets when your phone is on Do Not Disturb or you are currently on the phone and have someone else on hold at the same time. Feel free to record the same message for both if you wish.
