1) In the top right click on those three buttons on the right of your picture and click settings:

2) In the search box, type in flash. It should highlight the area that says Site Settings:

3) Click below where it says Flash, should be highlighted:

4) Flip the switch on to ask first:

5) Now go back and hit the lock icon to see if it asks about flash. If so, allow it:
